Plan for your family's future

WILLS

Young or old, having a will is one of the best things you can do for your family. Here's why:

1. Young Families: For young families, a will can specify who will raise their child if anything happens to them, and allows them to choose someone to protect the property they leave to their children, ensuring that their children's needs will be met.

Husbands and Wives: Wills can also protect spouses. Just because you are married to someone doesn't mean that they will get everything of yours if something happens to you, so you need to protect them by ensuring that they are entitled to exactly what you want them to have.

3. All people, seniors, and singles: Regardless of your situation, a will helps your family avoid significant expense and emotional pain due to uncertainty regarding your wishes. Families should always be able to rally around each other, but more families than you'd think end up fighting when a relative has not specified what they want.

When we make your will, we walk you through every step in plain English, explaining what is being done and ensuring to the best of our ability that what you want is what gets put down on paper. We work to make wills that can with withstand the tests of the law and time, and that take care of as many details as possible. And although only an office visit can result in an exact quote, we typically charge only $185. Some U.S. law offices charge up to five times that amount for this type of planning, but we want to be a reliable, trustworthy option for real working families.
